The Wawona Hotel Complex is located in the southern part of Yosemite National Park. Built from the mid to late 1800's, the complex is a National Historic Landmark. The complex includes the Clark Cottage, the Wawona Hotel Building, the Little White Cottage, the Moore Cottage, the Washburn Cottage, and the Annex. Carey & Co. was retained to undertake a condition assessment of the Wawona Hotel Complex, including the entire complex’s structures and grounds.
