San Francisco City Hall
San Francisco, California
|

The San Francisco City Hall is the focal point of the San Francisco Civic Center, a National Historic Landmark District, and the nation’s finest example of Beaux Arts architecture and site planning. Designed by Bakewell and Brown and completed in 1916, the structure was damaged in the Loma Prieta Earthquake of 1989. Carey & Co. was the historical architect responsible for earthquake repairs, disabled access, life safety, conservation of materials, and tenant improvements.
